1. Nature of the service
Monkey Trading is a game using virtual indices, ETFs, futures and assets. It does not provide real financial-product trading, investment recommendations or guaranteed returns.
2. Accounts
Users must keep their account information secure. Guest accounts may not be recoverable after uninstalling the app or changing devices unless they have first been protected. Impersonation, disruption, automated abuse and account trading may be restricted.
3. Community
Profanity, hate or harassment, disclosure of personal information, advertising or spam, and encouragement of illegal activities may result in removal or restrictions. Abuse of the reporting feature may be handled under the same standards.
4. Virtual currency and payments
Virtual currency and game items are for use within the service only and cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world assets. Actual products, prices and refund procedures will be finalized in these terms and the store description after Google Play billing integration and product registration are complete.
5. Changes, maintenance and termination
Content and numerical values may be changed, and maintenance may be performed, for stability, balance or legal reasons. Significant changes will be announced in advance in the game or through distribution channels.
