You can delete your account and game records using either of the following methods.

Delete from the app

1. Sign in to Monkey Trading.
2. Open ⚙ Settings → Delete account and records at the top of the screen.
3. Confirm your nickname and, for a password-protected account, your current password.
4. After final confirmation, the account and game save are deleted and all devices are signed out.

If you cannot access the app

Email jiniq101@gmail.com with the subject “Monkey Trading account deletion request”. Include your nickname and information that can identify the account. Do not send your password. We will verify ownership and inform you of the result.

Information deleted

• Account identifiers, nickname, authentication information and active sessions
• Level, virtual assets, trading, ranking, shop and other game saves
• Chat records displayed for the current trading day

Some records needed for abuse investigations, payment cancellations/refunds or legal retention obligations may be held with restricted access for the period described in the privacy policy, then deleted or de-identified.
